Media monitoring service TV Eyes can no longer carry Fox News. The two reaching a legal settlement. TV Eyes records TV stations and networks so they can be retrieved with a library type system. TV Eyes and Fox News were wrapped up in a five year court case that took a turn for the worse with TV Eyes when the judge said the company overstepped its bounds by letting its subscribers search, download and share clips. Then, the end of the legal road for TV Eyes was when the Supreme Court refused to hear the case last month.
